First we took a plain picture of Jackson and turned his face a light blue color. When i turned his face blue it also changed the color of his lips and eys. So after his face change i went back and put my paint brush on black and went over the lips and the eyes to change them back to their normal colors. Then i selected his red shirt. Because he is now a blue color i changed his shirt purple to go with him better. After that i went back to his eyes. To give him more of an avatar look i made his eyes and nose bigger and changed the color of his eyes to a red color and messed around with the layout of it untill i found something i liked. Then i added the cracks on his face. Once i painted them on they were really bold and stood out so i had to change the opasity level on it to make the cracks blend in more with his skin. And the last step was to crop the picture so the border and the words on the outside didnt show.
